Traveling Band is a boar that we have loved from the start and anyone that knows us, knows that we don’t keep many intact because we like to sell barrows. This was an outstanding litter of pigs and one of the 2 litters of One Man Bands that we had, and one of the reasons we wanted to buy One Man Band off Stohlquist. Mother of this litter is a littermate to Pony Up and a female that we bought from Stohlquist and leased to Mike McCoy family. She was Grand Champion Crossbred Gilt at the 2019 OH State Fair. Not only a boar that we love to look at, but a pedigree that works and wins.

Traveling Band is one that maturity pattern and the way he fed is as good as it gets. He is a design hog from the side that is super tall fronted and good looking with perfect length of side. He is a wide chested hog, big in the center part of his body, and the same power and width going away. He offers shape and mass up high and is one for all his power is as sound and flexible as can make one off both ends.
